The Biggest Loser in Overdrive provides you with an affordable, structured program to reach your weight loss goals. Inspired by NBC's The Biggest Loser, we created this program to offer our local community an opportunity to participate in the weight loss sensation that has swept the nation. The Biggest Loser in Overdrive features stimulating cardio workouts, intense personal training, group boot camps, detoxification and practical nutritional guidance. By combining physical activity, healthy nutrition, detoxification and emotional wellness we are able to reach the root of your weight struggle and turn your life around.
What are typical results?
During the 6 month total body transformation program we guaranee dramatic results. Your body is not like anyone else's, therefore your results will be as unique as you are. Your progress will be tracked by each of our Specialists to ensure proper diet, fitness and emotional well-being through-out the entire competition. You can choose to enroll in the Comprehensive Program or the Basic Program with the option to supplement with other weight loss services.

Why do you utilize Partnered Personal Training?
We have found that it is very motivational for our Biggest Loser clients to work out with a partner. This is after-all a competition. Your workout partner will help you to stay accountable throughout the week and help you to stay focused on your goals. It is important to develop friendships with others facing the same challenges that you are facing and collaborating on how to overcome those challenges.
What types of supplementation do you recommend?
As stated before, you are unique. Your supplementation protocol may vary from your workout partner. We always recommend that our clients take a quality daily vitamin. There are so many vitamin and mineral options that some are confused by what is actually a quality product. We will help steer you in the right direction. We can also recommend supplements that will help you to curb your carbohydrate cravings. Other common supplement recommendations include liver detoxification supplements to help your body digest fats, cardiovascular support supplements, and digestive aid supplements.
How do I qualify for The Biggest Loser in Overdrive?
In order to be considered for "The Biggest Loser Challenge" you must be at least 18 years of age. You must have the ability to lose a minimum of 50lbs in order to reach your goal weight. As this is a very serious commitment on the part of the participant, it is important that each individual is looking for a non-surgical alternative means to weight-loss. If you are considering lapband, gastric bypass, or liposuction as your solution, consider this program first!
