Understanding Energy and Chakras
Quantum physics states that energy and matter are interchangeable and differences in physical matter are simply variations in energy vibration. All living and non-living objects are connected by a universal energy, commonly known as Life Force Energy. Life Force Energy continually flows through and around each of us, sustaining, nurturing, balancing and fueling all life processes.
The human energy field is constructed by more than just the physical being or the core. The more subtle part of our energy field is known as the aura. The aura of our body contains our thoughts, feelings, higher consciousness, memory and trauma from our entire life. Our aura is the energetic blue print of our life divided into 7 Chakras.
The Chakras are energy centers of our body and influence how we communicate with our spiritual self. Each Chakra possesses its’ own frequency of vibration, color and light. Each Chakra correlates and influences the health of a major endocrine system and aspects of our personality, emotion, mental and spiritual makeup. A healthy Chakra System can only be achieved with the unobstructed flow of energy through out the body and release of negative energy. True health is reflected when all levels of our existence are in perfect balance and harmony.
All illnesses and disabilities are due to stagnation and blockages of energy flow within the aura. Negative thoughts, physical trauma, and retained memories disturb the natural flow of life force energy manifest in debilitating conditions. External aggressions, geopathic stress, electromagnetic pollution, and heavy metal poisoning, offset our energy balance. Events occurring in the past are no longer real; however, our minds store the thoughts in our cellular memories affecting the way we behave. Thus, we become a victim of our unconscious mind.
REIKI
This ancient Japanese technique used for interacting with the healing energy of the universe. “Rei” which means Higher Power and “Ki” means Life Force Energy. What to Expect
Reiki is totally non-invasive. The Reiki practitioner scans through the body’s energy field with hands sensing for energy blockages, imbalances, and any wears and tears. The primary goal is to help one find their own strength and inner wisdom to guide them through the journey to overall health and well-being. The Reiki practitioner is the channel for the healing energy not the source of the energy.
The results of Reiki are felt differently for everyone due to our unique mental, physical and spiritual make-up. You may experience dissolve of physical tension, release of past emotional hurts, new strength and confidence, medicinal side effects reduced, and development of intimacy. You may experience outward symptoms after your session including; energy influx, sleepiness, muscle aches, hot and cold flashes, or light and sound sensitivity. Each Reiki experience is unique.
