What Approaches are used in Spiritual Life Coaching? Through a combination of approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, meditation, prayer, journaling, visualization, reality creation and a host of processes the client has the opportunity to create their own customized path for transformational healing in any area of their life.  Clients experience results that allow them to eliminate drama from their life, rediscover and experience Joy, Peace and Love in their lives, live their lives on Purpose, and experience Balance.  Self-care and Self-love are also critical to the healing process to experience and manifest healthy and loving relationships with themselves and others.  Spiritual Life Coaching is focused on having the client embody these results. Supporting the client in understanding the Truth of how they truly can create transformation of behaviors, thoughts and/or feelings where needed to balance their life.  With the application of Spiritual principles, clients can experience transformational healing of the Mind, Body and Spirit and embody Personal Empowerment.

I Am Ready For Spiritual and Personal Empowerment!  How Do I Get Started? The cost of the program depends on your level of commitment.  Typically, for deeply ingrained emotional blockages, we suggest a one year involvement.  Within the first 15 days of enrollment, if you feel the style and/or approach used does not resonate with you then you can cancel your agreement.  Once enrolled, you will receive all of the necessary forms and surveys necessary to get started.  Consultations are held over the phone in a group setting.  The group setting is a very powerful method for helping individuals transcend their ego.  The cost of the program requires a minimum of 4 sessions per month.  $25 per session for a 6 month term $20 per session for a 12 month term Click Here to Begin
